Hi family!!!
Well we haven't gotten that flu thing here in nac, but in dallas and houston. The two closest big cities.
So we are having a good time here. This is the last week of the transfer. Elder Haslam's spanish is really good. He really is improving so much. Thats crazy to hear riley is that sick. Get better!!!
So it turns out the wife of this family we've been teaching is actually a member. Her records got here yesterday. She was fine with getting baptized again and the one holding them back, the son, Nacho (nickname for Ignacio) who is 14 finally wants to get baptized. Tonight we are going to schedule the date for sure. Its really cool to see how excited they are. They are like the first family in the chapel on sunday and always want to help. We found some good new investigators this week and should have some new families to teach because of the good work members are doing.
We worked really hard and it was a warm, humid week. But all the sweat is so worth it. Every drop. I love the gospel and the truth and light it brings into our lives. Its not easy, but its the Lord's Kingdom on earth, those who are prepared will recognize it. I was thinking about Marissa's wtp friend, Charlie, and what you should do. I decided that you should tell him that there are two guys from the church who'd love to explain why our family is so awesome!!!!
Do it!
Love,
Elder Wagner
PS. so on mothers day we have some members who have free weekends on the their cells so we are planning to call at 5pm texas time but things could change but it'll be in the afternoon sometime. ttyl :)
